Kentucky Notification

TitleExpress Underwriter Tables for First American Title Insurance Company (Kentucky) have been updated to reflect changes effective May 25, 2018.

  • New ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy table
  • Updated Endorsement tab
  • Revised rounding rule

Updated underwriter tables are available for clients with a current support subscription for an additional $50.00 for each set of tables.
