Here! Introducing Our New Safe Escrow® Integration
Safe Escrow is a third-party provider of disbursement and escrow services which
are designed to eliminate the risk and liability associated with managing your
own escrow accounts. Safe Escrow services include disbursement of funds, cyber
management, bank account reconciliation, access to reports, positive pay, and
escheat management. Additionally, Safe Escrow incorporates proprietary
technology that guarantees safety of funds, when verifiable, through its

You ask, we listen. We’ve enhanced and modified many of our existing
integrations to improve your user experience.
First American AgentNet®
- Expanded options: (1) Displays
calculation notes for Rates and Fees rate calculation issues; (2) Include
additional parties on the CPL; (3)
Upload documents up to 25MB using Order Search.
- Save time! We’ve improved rates and fees
to eliminate errors when ordering for rates for property addresses within
independent cities.
- First American AgentNet®
Remittance:
HQ users with remittance rights associated to their user ID can now remit
for all associated firms.
- First American AgentNet® Jacket
and Rates:
We’ve improved error message handling; corrected display defects occurring
with short form loan policy generation; and re-added the option “Do you
want to display the agent’s address on the policy jacket?” into the
workflow for South Carolina properties.
Fidelity AgentTrax®
- Improved data syncing: (1) New/updated
CPLs reflect changes made in TitleExpress to borrower/seller/lender names
and property address after the first CPL has been issued; (2) Data entered in
the Brief Legal 1 field of the property tab appears in the Additional
Property Information field of the integration wizard and prints on the
CPL; (3)
Changes made to the Loan Number, Lender Language, and Brief Legal
1/Additional property information fields within the integration wizard
syncs back to TitleExpress.
- Password entry no longer
required!
Our updated authentication mechanism gives users access via FNTIC’s new
token-based authentication.
- Do more. Now you can include additional
parties to the CPL during the update CPL workflow without leaving
TitleExpress.
- Updated functionality: (1) We resolved conflicts
occurring when users without access to approved attorneys update a
CPL generated by users with approved attorney rights; (2) Address line 2
data for the Borrower and Seller is now reflected on CPLs; (3) IL policy fee
selection is available for Illinois owner and lender policies.
Old Republic ezJacket®
- Improved data syncing: (1) Selection(s) on
the Endorsement tab of TitleExpress are now pre-selected in the
integration wizard; (2)
Prior coverage amount entered on the policy calculate tab will now be
passed to Old Republic when a jacket is generated.
- Do more. Now you can include additional
parties on the CPL without leaving TitleExpress.
- Updated functionality: (1) Integration utilizes the
latest Old Republic CPL URL; (2)
Jackets can now be created in all states and counties without issue.
WFGAgent®
- Expanded Options: We’ve updated the CPL
integration so that Seller CPLs can be issued, where available.
- Updated functionality: (1) Integration utilizes the
latest WFGAgent service URL; (2)
Checkbox for addendum attached is only displayed when selected.
Additional Updates
- Resolved “change user” object
reference error within the eWestcor®
integration.
- Resolved internal server error
within WFGAgent®
and NATIC AgentLink®
integrations.
- Updated WFGAgent®, eWestcor and NATIC AgentLink® integrations
so that jackets and CPLs can be requested for property addresses within
independent cities such as Baltimore City and St. Louis City without
error.

storage area for each PayTo record and internal escrow account.
- Included new dropdown options
on the Disbursement tab to select escrow account number and type, either
Safe Escrow or TitleExpress.
- Expanded password character
limit to 32 characters for Underwriter integrations.
- Added new Settlement Location
tab to the Order, Settlement tab.
- Added functionality to prevent
documents mixing between orders when using Document Manager with
TitleExpress closed.
- Resolved issues with parsing of
party names where the middle initial was not followed by a period.
- Updated ALTA Settlement
statement to reflect the Settlement Location entered.
DPS v8.12.0 is Now Available
The Document Preparation (DPS) upgrade provides additional options for
incorporating imported search results into new or existing title documents.
