REMINDERS:
- If
your TitleExpress software is v8.10 or older, you must schedule an upgrade
prior to receiving SMS Customer Support.
- Please note that Microsoft® extended
support for Windows Server 2008R2 and Windows 7 Professional will end January
2020.
Included in This Release
You ask, we listen. We’ve enhanced and modified several existing
functions and integrations to improve your user experience.
Faster Closing Disclosure:
Increased Closing Disclosure processing and printing speeds by moving it into
the local program.
Fidelity AgentTrax®
Integration
- Approved attorney chosen in the
Create CPL workflow will now be pre-selected within the update workflow.
- Agent account and underwriter
selection screen appears each time a product is requested.
- Another Agent/Office may be
selected if using same Agency Number and Underwriter as the first product
issued.
- Improved user rights error
messaging.
- Resolved error which occurred
when multiple approved attorneys were selected.
Charles Jones LLC Integration: All NJ counties are now available for selection when placing a
county search order. Tom’s River has been added to the municipality dropdown
list.
Westcor Integration:
Addressed issue causing the first endorsement in the list to be selected by
default.
PayTo Codes: Updated PA-ALLEGHENY
PayTo code from “Allegheny County Recorder of Deeds” to “Allegheny County
Department of Real Estate”. Updated ME-OXFORD-W PayTo code address (26 Western
Avenue, South Paris, ME 04281), phone (207-743-6211) and fax (207-743-2656).
Additional Revisions:
- Removed DPS confirmation
message which displayed when a maturity date greater than 2050 was
entered on the New Loan tab.
- Addressed issue within the
Multi-Order Import functionality.
- “Error = '' is not a valid
boolean value” error corrected when saving an imported order.
- “Work in Process – Real Estate
Agent” report corrected so that contacts are linked accurately with the
Real Estate Agent.
