The TitleExpress Underwriter Tables for First American Title Insurance (VA) have been updated to reflect changes effective March 1, 2020.

NOTE: Due to the manner that the refinance rates are rounded in the rate manual from First American, these rate tables in TitleExpress will accommodate up to $1,000,000.00. If your refinance transaction requires a policy rate higher than 1,000,000.00 you can
either utilize the Rates and Fees AgentNet integration in TitleExpress or utilize the FACC Calculator to obtain the rates for those policies.

Updated Underwriter Tables are available for clients with a current support subscription for an additional $50.00 for each set of tables. ORDER UNDERWRITER TABLES. To perform this update yourself, you may follow the steps in the TitleExpress Underwriter Tables Guide.
