The 2020
1099-S Reporting Application is now available. This includes:
- 1099-S installation files for
TitleExpress
- 1099-S Guide for TitleExpress
with instructions for installing, reporting and uploading to the IRS FIRE
System
Note: Per IRS Publication 1220, the FIRE Production System will be
available on January 08, 2021
TitleExpress System Requirements
Before you install, make sure that your workstations have
TitleExpress v9.2 or higher. If you need to upgrade your workstations, contact
SMS Customer Support for assistance.
Installed Customers
Log on to the TitleExpress 1099-S page for information on installing the
1099-S Reporting Application and to obtain the files. You must have System
Manager rights on the website to access this page.
Please note that the
application must be installed on the server/workgroup host computer and 1099-S
Reporting workstation.
