IMPROVEMENTS
New Integration with First
American’s AgentNet
TitleExpress users will be able to:
- Request
title insurance rates and endorsements for First American Title Insurance
Company prior to jacket creation (pre-pricing) for increased productivity
- Request
and update title insurance rates and endorsements for First American Title
Insurance Company after jacket or creation (post-pricing).
- Request
Closing Protection Letter pricing for First American Title Insurance
Company prior to CPL creation (pre-pricing).
- Request
and update Closing Protection Letter pricing for First American Title
Insurance Company after CPL creation (post-pricing).
- Populate
First American rates, endorsements and Closing Protection Letter pricing
to orders.
- Simplifies
your monthly Policy Remittance process in AgentNet® with a few simple
clicks.
- Rapidly
enter title fees using the customizable Title Fees tab.
- Create
I1 (new type) format tables for use with the rates integration to populate
pay to codes.
- Utilize
the policy rates integration with the 1986 HUD-1, 2010 HUD-1 and the
Closing Disclosure.
- Integration
generated title fees, endorsements and Closing Protection Letters may be
designated to section H of the Closing Disclosure.
- Take
advantage of user-based permissions for rates and fees integration
access.
- Specify
the business segment, policy compliance date, tax code and statistical
codes as required for pricing.
- Eliminates
the cost of updating and maintaining legacy First American rate tables.
- Use
added DPS fields for new Title Fees tab, Misc./CPL tab and updated
endorsement tab
TitleExpress System Managers will be
able to:
- Set
user based permissions to request and update policy rates.
- Build
lists of commonly used title fees for users to rapidly populate orders
using the rates integration.
- Set
section and line defaults for title fees entered in the customizable title
fees list.
Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD)
- New
functionality for XML export of Uniform
Closing Dataset (UCD).
- Enabled
UCD to be generated for Refinance and Purchase Transactions to satisfy any
lender requests.
- Added
functionality to embed the Refinance Closing Disclosure form, Combined
Closing Disclosure form or Split Closing Disclosure forms within the
exported UCD XML file.
- Added
UCD and Automated Underwriter Case File ID fields to the new loan tab.
- Updated
the Uniform Closing Dataset for MISMO v 3.3.0 compliance.
REVISIONS
- Updated
First American’s AgentNet integration to allow the request of jackets and
Closing Protection Letters for First American Title Guaranty
Company.
- Updated
AgentNet Order Search integration so that lender address entry is no
longer required for submission.
- Updated
AgentTrax jacket and Closing Protection Letter integration to accommodate
the County Validation preformed in Version 2.0.
- Enabled
gross premiums overridden in the jacket wizard to now pass to FNTIC’s
AgentTrax.
- Updated
icon, installer and copyright information to reflect Settlement Management
Solutions (SMS).
- Added
ability to specify whether buyers entered on the parties tab should not be
displayed as a borrower on the Closing Disclosure.
