AgentNet Order Search
New!
TitleExpress users will be able to:
- Receive
Order Search results on the RealExpress tab within TitleExpress, eliminating
the need to save files to the Import folder and manually import.
- Review
Order Search data and compare to existing TitleExpress values.
- Choose
which fields to import or disregard.
- Review
and compare the Legal Description provided in the Import and choose to
import or disregard.
- Review
and compare the Exceptions and Requirements clauses provided in the Import
and choose to import and disregard.
- View
additional Title Document Import choices within the Document Preparation
System.
- Request
an update to the AgentNet Search Product.
Improvements
- Added
new option to select the appropriate Office/Underwriter prior to ordering
a Search and Commitment.
- Updated
search notifications to allow for multiple email addresses.
- Added
ability to order AgentNet Search Products for properties in the State of
Connecticut.
- Updated
Search and Commitment Statuses to include Cancelled and Imported.
Revisions
- Corrected
download issues with AgentNet Search product documents and ESP File types
returned from AgentNet.
- Introduced
error handling to prevent issues when pressing Order Details on the
Submissions tab for search and commitment requests.

City/County aliases for ordering a Search and Commitment when city and county
names in AgentNet and TitleExpress do not match exactly.
