- 1099-S installation guides for TitleExpress 8
- Our 1099-S Reporting Guide which includes instructions for uploading to the IRS Fire System
TitleExpress System Requirements
Before you install, you’ll need to make sure that your workstations have TitleExpress v8.0 or higher. If you need to upgrade your workstations, contact SMS Customer Support for assistance.
Installed Customers
Log on to the TitleExpress 1099-S page for information on installing the 1099-S Reporting Application and to obtain the files. You must have System Manager rights to access this page. If you would prefer that we perform your installation for you at no additional charge, please contact us at iwantanupgrade@smscorp.com and a member of our SMS Customer Support team will assist you with the installation.
Please note that the application must be installed on the server/workgroup host computer and 1099-S Reporting workstation.
Hosted/Cloud Customers
Our Upgrade Team will begin updating customers starting on January 20th with all upgrades completed by Sunday, January 22nd.
