Improvements
- RealExpress™ Host Server Security Updates
- Multi-Order Import Entity Types: Functionality added to accommodate M, F, C
- Subtotal Field Alignment: Subtotal field appears directly below prior line
- Duplicate Line Validation: Alert appears prior to printing if duplicates are found
- Tax Table Notification: Displays in orders created from a master with invalid tax table data
- Order Validation Dialog Box: Text changed from Fix Now to Review/Fix
Revisions
- Long City Name Truncation: Will now display full zip code on addendum
- Tax Table Combine Check Code: If specified in System Management, passes to CD
- Title Insurance Premium Display ALTA SS: Now displays Calculated and actual premium
- Real Estate Agent Commission: All columns now recalculate if charges placed in PBO column
- ScanExpress™ Batch Import Process: Restored batch import functionality
- TrustLink™ Clearing by Date: System will handle when empty item date encountered
- Minimum Policy Premium: When minimum premium exists will display on Policy > Summary tab
- Freeze Date: Restored Freeze Date Functionality
- 1099 Status Report: Trusts and LLC’s now classified accordingly
- Multi-Order Import Party Names: Full names now placed into fields based on entity type
- Editing Calendar Resources: Changes to the calendar layout will now save
- Policy Premium: Subtotal box added to clarify calculation of reissue rate when minimum applies
- Exported Orders: Invalid messaging included when original order contains informative messaging
- Unsaved License Numbers and NMLS IDs: Only saved if the OK button has been pressed
- Property Tab Synchronization: Only appears when property information and table are out of sync
- Deleted Zip Code Error: Messaging displays when zip code is deleted after tax table selection
- State and Local Stamps Charges: Should retain when statement type is changed
- Real Estate Agent Commission Allocations: Column allocations remain with sale price change
- Assessed Total Entry: Assessed total will not pass to current order from previous order
- Tax Table Reset: Table will reset to 1 if selection manually entered, not chosen from list
- Congestion Relief Fee: Assessed value is auto-saved for Congestion Relief Fee calculation
