First American Title Insurance Company (Massachusetts) Notification

SMS TitleExpress™ Underwriter Tables for First American Title Insurance Company (Massachusetts) have been updated to reflect the following changes effective February 1, 2016.
  • Increased Title Insurance minimum for Eagle Loan Policy and new Basic and Eagle Refinance Tables
Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated underwriter tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. To order, download and complete the order form. 
 
To perform this update yourself, you may follow the steps in the TitleExpress Underwriter Tables Guide.
