Maryland Intake Sheet with new calculations effective 7/1/2011

The TitleExpress master form for the MD Instrument Intake Sheet has been updated to accommodate Maryland's increase in the document surcharge fee effective July 1st. The updated form has also been enhanced for easier selection of Return/Hold options and to enable default options to be set up in master form. The updated form is currently available for purchase from the TitleExpress Master Forms store in the State package for Maryland and, for the next 30 days, in Just Released.
