Integration Updates

First American AgentNet

  • Corrected spelling of Specially Designated Nationals in the application for new requests
  • Revised to no longer show a change in credentials between pricing events as an invalid login attempt.

First American AgentNet Search Product

  • Improved messaging for zip code entry errors.
  • Added cancel file button to the RealExpress Submissions tab to initiate the cancellation of AgentNet files when necessary.
  • Updated messaging which appears when renaming a TitleExpress order to include the location of the new cancel button for AgentNet files containing SDN and Search and Commitment requests.
  • Updated property type dropdown within the Search and Commitment request wizard to display full property type descriptions in lieu of abbreviations.
  • Added dropdown to the search and commitment request wizard which allows selection of the appropriate city/county for the property in the event there is a mismatch between TitleExpress and AgentNet.
  • Updated to map to an AgentNet property type based on the property type identified on the property tab TitleExpress. In the event that a match cannot be established, the property type dropdown will default to blank and allow the appropriate property type to be selected.

First American AgentNet Search Product Import

  • Added enhancements to ensure that the vesting information provided for properties in PA can be consumed.
  • Added conditions to hide fields on the order data tab of the import wizard when information is not returned by AgentNet.
  • Added the clauses total to the requirements and exceptions tabs of the import wizard.

First American Title Insurance Company

  • Updated Service Orders, CPL(s), Jacket(s), and Rates and Fees to be compatible with HQ User rights; a Firm selection screen has been added to the workflow.
  • Revised to ensure that buyer(s)/seller(s) entered in TitleExpress as type Trust/Estate remain classified as Trust/Estate within the AgentNet order as additional products are generated.
  • Reorganized service order types so that Search and Commitment appears above Specially Designated Nationals.
  • TitleWave - Enabled Multi-Order import to automatically extract all files from TitleWave .Zip folders saved to the TitleExpressDB\Import folder, then remove zip folders after their content has been imported.
  • UPS - Amended to ensure the proper display and formatting of names and no longer require weight entry for letters

Westcor Land Title Insurance Company

  • Amended so that all sellers entered on the parties tab merge to the Seller CPL.
  • Updated filter endorsements from the initial data download after login.
  • Revised so that the city will no longer be omitted from the property address when generating a CPL.
  • Updated parsing of approved attorney names and addresses when generating CPLs so that it does not result in errors.
  • WFG National Title Insurance Company - Added a remittance report.

Improvements

  • Updated to allow for the addition of an addendum to the closing disclosure which displays construction loan inspection and handling fees collected after consummation. (2017 TILA-RESPA Rule)
  • Updated Closing Disclosure to accommodate the entry of rent prorations on lines L.08-L.11. (2017 TILA-RESPA Rule)
  • Added ALTA ID field to the Order-Settlement tab, PayTo record, and the system management-company.
  • Added ALTA ID Field to the ALTA settlement statement, available within the DPS to be added to forms.
  • Enhanced closing disclosure print validation to detect duplicate Title Insurance charges and allow for their removal.
  • Moved RealExpress Request Queue button to the Main Menu from the Utilities tab for increased visibility and convenience.
  • Updated the embedded PDF995 printer driver and Crystal Report features to the latest available versions.
  • Added logging to the program to capture activity on the parties tab and activity related to Title Insurance charges.

Revisions

  • Updated to make contact Phone numbers for the Lender, Second Lender, Assignee, Investor, Servicer and Mortgage Broker available to the DPS.
  • Modified to ensure that the lender displayed on the ALTA Settlement Statement is updated when the lender is changed on the lender tab.
  • Enabled the description and payee entered within a stamps table on line 1206 to populate to the Closing Disclosure..
  • Updated parties tab to set the first phone number entered as primary and display in the parties grid, editable by selection of the appropriate radio button.
  • Enabled Address fields for Real Estate Broker 1-4 to merge into DPS forms. 
  • Updated Orders created using iOrderExpress with order type Purchase to display the order type Buy/Sell.
  • Modified policy rate tables to eliminate disbursement imbalance when the ‘create UW checks’ option is set to No.
  • Refined save button functionality when document preparation is loaded.
  • Updated to allow Document sets created using the document manager to be overwritten should you choose to save a new document set with the same name.
  • Updated so that the lender address will no longer display on the right side of the 1986 HUD-1 header when address line two has been populated for the lender.
  • Updated so that when a combine check code is entered in a stamps table for the congestion relief fee, it will now be combined with other fees utilizing the same combine check code in the disbursement tab.
  • Updated logging for Multi-Order import to reflect the order number updated for each file imported.
