In the next release of TitleExpress (6.13.9), you will be able to edit line 1104 to enter a Seller credit. The workaround in the meantime is to enter a Seller credit on 1101. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Double-click line 1101.
2. Click the Plus Sign.
3. Enter Seller Credit for Lender's Title Insurance in the Description field.
4. Leave the Total field blank.
5. Select Credit By Seller in the Paid By drop-down list.
6. Enter the amount of the credit in the Credit from Seller field.
7. Click OK.
8. Click Yes to credit this amount to the borrower on Page 1.
9. Click OK to close the HUD-1 Line 1101 Detail window.
