The TitleExpress underwriter tables for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company (Virginia) have been updated to reflect the following changes that become effective October 28, 2010:

• Adds a tier for calculations between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000
• Adds a manual entry table for calculations greater than $5,000,000
• Updates the minimum premium from $200 to $240 for enhanced policies
• Updates the reissue calculations for enhanced policies
