Fidelity, Chicago, and Commonwealth (District of Columbia) Tables

The TitleExpress underwriter tables for:
  • Fidelity National Title Insurance Company
  • Chicago Title Insurance Company
  • Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company 
in the District of Columbia have been updated to reflect the new premium calculations that became effective April 1, 2011.

To order the updated underwriter tables, download and complete the order form. A $50 fee applies to each set of tables.
