New Jersey Tables Notification

SMS TitleExpress™ State Tables for the State of New Jersey have been updated to reflect the following changes currently effective.

Homelessness Trust Fund fee added to Cumberland and Essex Counties;
Additional tables to accommodate E-Recording Convenience fees for Camden, Essex, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. To order, download and complete the order form.
