Louisiana Notification

SMS TitleExpress State Tables for the State of Louisiana are available. The tables now reflect the following changes current through October 9, 2017.

  • New recording fees pursuant to Senate Bill 236, now Act 173 of the 2017 Regular Session.
  • Documentary Transaction Tax included for Orleans Parish.
Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables.
