Improvements
- In
compliance with new PCI Data Security Standards, updated to allow for the
disabling of Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 on customer systems.
TitleExpress is TLS 1.1 and 1.2 compatible. This protocol ensures privacy
between communicating applications and their users on the internet.
- Updated
the Closing Disclosure to allow seller credits on the borrower and seller
columns on Page 3 that are dissimilar from each other. (2017 TILA-RESPA
Rule)
- Updated
the Closing Disclosure to allow the Sales Price to print in the header of
the Alternative form when the file type is Refinance, a Sales price has
been entered, and the purpose on the new loan tab has been set to Purchase
(2017 TILA-RESPA Rule)
- Updated
the TitleExpress Parties tab to include an additional field allowing the
name of the trust, trustees, or both to merge with the Closing Disclosure
header. (2017 TILA-RESPA Rule)
Revisions
- Revised
AgentNet Search Product import to prevent duplication of mortgages.
- Revised
proration dates on the Closing Disclosure to update based on settlement
date changes made from the Expanded Calendar.
- Revised
the RE Agents tab so that the Closing Disclosure will update when there
are changes to the agent names entered.
- Revised
the interest credit calculation so that the day of closing is considered.
- Updated
the Fidelity AgentTrax integration to independently retrieve CPL and
Jacket data to accommodate user accounts which have Jacket only rights or
CPL only rights.
- Updated
the Fidelity AgentTrax integration to improve handling of invalid
credentials, null values and invalid data which prevented processing.
- Updated
the Fidelity AgentTrax integration to improve security and authentication
handling. Password resets will no longer require waiting period to utilize
the integration.
