After extensive research with our development team and much consideration, we have determined that TitleExpress cannot adequately calculate document stamps for properties within the State of New York due to its multi-tiered discount system.Therefore, we will no longer provide the State of New York document stamps in TitleExpress.

We understand this will be an inconvenience however it is important that you are collecting an accurate amount for recording charges.

We have created a new New York Stamp table which will include the Pay To Codes with no fees/calculations to make it easier to enter the amounts without having to overwrite them.  This table is available to you at no charge.  To request this new table be added to your existing TXTAX file please click on the link below.
