The TitleExpress recordation stamp tables for Cuyahoga County, IL are now available. The tables reflect the following changes effective immediately.

The new base recording fee in Cuyahoga County will be $39.00 for the first two pages and $8.00 for each additional page
There will be an additional $4.00 marginal reference fee for Releases
