The TitleExpress Underwriter Tables for First American Title Insurance Company (Michigan) have been updated to reflect changes effective November 16, 2024.

 

Rate increase to the Owner and Loan policies

To order updated rates, please click the "Support Tab" within TitleExpress and then select "Underwriter Tables" under Order Products.  

CLOUD AND HOSTED CUSTOMERS:

Cloud Subscribers: We will deliver the updated rates within five business days. There is no charge for this update. 

Hosted Subscribers: Please contact Support to order these rates. We will deliver the updated rates within five business days.
