The TitleExpress recordation stamp tables for Pennsylvania are now available. The stamp tables reflect the following changes effective immediately.

• Westmoorland - (Latrobe - the city portion of the realty transfer tax rate is increasing to 1.00%, the state portion of the tax rate will remain 1.00% and the school district portion of the tax rate will remain 0.50%. The total realty transfer tax rate combined will be 2.50%
• Berks County -  the new fee structure for recording fees will be $87.00  for the first 4 pages and $4 for each additional page after the fourth
• Cumberland County - Deed and Mortgage will be $103.75 for the first 4 pages and $2.00 each additional pg and the Release will be $77.25 for the 4 pages and $2.00 each additional page
• Crawford County - the new fee structure for recording fees will be $93.75  for the first 4 pages and $4 for each additional page after the 4th
• Carbon County - the new fee structure for recording fees will be $101.75  for the first 4 pages and $4 for each additional page after the 4th
• Schuylkill County - The UPI fee is increasing from $10.00 to $20.00 per parcel number
