Morgan County, OH Stamp Update

The TitleExpress recordation stamp tables for Morgan County, OH are now available. The stamp tables reflect the following changes effective immediately.

 The new fee structure for most real estate related documents meeting the recording format requirements will be increasing by $5.00: 

  • Deed and Mortgage will be $39 the first two pages and $8 for each additional page
  • Release will be $43 for the first two pages and $8 for each additional page

 Note: To order updated stamps, please click the "Support Tab" within TitleExpress and then select "Stamp Tables" under Order Products.

 CLOUD AND HOSTED CUSTOMERS:

Cloud Subscribers: There is no charge for this update. Cloud and Hosted Subscribers: Please contact Support to order these stamps. We will deliver the updated stamps within five business days.
