State of Maine Stamp Update Notification

November 2025

The TitleExpress recordation stamp tables for Maine are now available. The stamp tables reflect the following changes effective immediately.

The new Real Estate Transfer Tax Rates will be:

Consideration over $1,000,000: Consideration up to $1,000,000 x $2.20 per $500.00, plus Amount over  $1,000,000 x $6.00 per $500.00

Note: To order updated stamps, please click the "Support Tab" within TitleExpress and then select "Stamp Tables" under Order Products. 

 

CLOUD AND HOSTED CUSTOMERS:
Cloud Subscribers: There is no charge for this update. Cloud and Hosted Subscribers: Please contact Support to order these stamps. We will deliver the updated stamps within five business days.
